Products may be sold without original packaging (i.e., no box) if the customer selects this option at checkout. Alternatively, items marked as “new with box” will include the original manufacturer’s box. Please note that the box may have stickers indicating product conditions such as retail, overstock, or bestock. In some cases, the box may be missing shoe inserts or packaging tissue, but the original box itself will still be present.

The size tag on the box or inside the shoe may have a red or black mark. This marking is placed by Deckers Corporation to identify products sold at outlet stores and is intended to prevent returns to retail locations.

All photos displayed on MyCozyBoots’ website are of our actual inventory, as we take the pictures ourselves. However, the images may not depict the exact pair being sold, as a sample photo is often used for each style. Nevertheless, the pictures are representative of the entire inventory available.

MyCozyBoots makes no guarantees regarding product warranties and does not accept warranty-related returns. We strongly encourage customers to verify product warranties directly with the manufacturer.

By purchasing from MyCozyBoots, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this disclaimer.

Orders returned within the 14-days window will still be eligible for a refund back to the original payment method.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and stickers intact.
• Please note, you can only use Returns Center if you placed an order on this website.

A refund will be issued less a flat fee of $40 to cover additional expenses incurred by MyCozyBoots (such as carrier fines and return shipping fees) as a result of the customer's negligence / failure to follow the proper Returns process.

Returns and Exchanges Process

• To return your product, open a return request in our Returns Center  and follow the instructions provided within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 10 calendar days of received return. • Why do some items have a mark on the inside label?
• Do you accept returns?
• Where are you located?
• Are you shipping from USA?

Are the items you sell authentic?

Yes, all boots we are selling are 100% authentic and purchased from official UGG outlet stores across USA. We have been in business since 2013. Please feel free to read our verified customer reviews.

What does With Box and No Box mean?

All items are new and unworn but may vary in packaging. “No Box” items are sold without the original shoe box (typically due to damage to the packaging). “With Box” items include the original box but may show outlet or retailer markings (such as red/black slashes on size tags, retail stickers, “B-Grade/Floor Sample” labels, etc.). Original boxes may also be missing tissue, shoe inserts, or brand information cards. These variations are standard for outlet and overstock merchandise and do not affect product authenticity.

Why do some items have a mark on the inside label?

All boots we are selling come from UGG outlet stores, which use red or black markings on size tags to prevent returns to big box retail stores. The mark may slightly transfer to the fur around it.

Do you accept returns?

Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of package delivery, provided the product is brand new, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging. Please refer to our full Return & Exchanges policy for details.

Please note: we do not process manufacturer warranty claims, and we do not accept warranty returns. Some outlet or overstock items may not be covered by the brand’s warranty. For questions about warranty eligibility, we recommend checking directly with the manufacturer.

Where are you located?

We are located in Southern California.

Are you shipping from USA?

Yes, we are. We're located in Southern California and are shipping from our warehouse here.

What is Route+ Package Protection?

We have temporarily extended our returns policy. All orders placed on this website between November 20, 2025 - December 25, 2025 will be eligible for a return through January 10, 2026 for an exchange or store credit only. Orders returned within the 14-days window will still be eligible for a refund back to the original payment method.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

• We accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date of package delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and stickers intact.
• Please note, you can only use Returns Center if you placed an order on this website.
• In case of refused delivery by the customer or delivery failure due to incorrect address/information (customer's fault), the package will be returned to sender.

• Your request will be reviewed within 3 calendar days, and return instructions will be emailed to you. You will have 5 calendar days from the approval date to mail the return back. Late returns (shipped later than 5 days since RMA approval) will be refunded in the form of store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note, original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Route package insurance cost is not refundable.

• We understand that returns can be time-consuming and expensive. We offer our customers a $20 flat-rate return shipping label. Please note, the label is valid for 1 item and in US only. The label can be easily printed at home and attached to the return for further drop off at USPS.

MyCozyBoots reserves the right to deduct prepaid shipping label cost + a flat processing fee of $20 from the refund should it determine, upon the receipt of a returned item, that it is not faulty and the return is due to customer remorse reason.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 10 calendar days of received return. The refund may take a few business days to further be processed by your bank.

All photos displayed on MyCozyBoots’ website are of our actual inventory, as we take the pictures ourselves. However, the images may not depict the exact pair being sold, as a sample photo is often used for each style. Nevertheless, the pictures are representative of the entire inventory available.

We guarantee that all products sold by MyCozyBoots are 100% authentic, never used, and never worn. Our inventory may include, but is not limited to: outlet-specific styles and colors, pre-production samples, overstock, bestock, and customer returns.

Returns and Exchanges Process

• To return your product, open a return request in our Returns Center  and follow the instructions provided within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

• What does With Box and No Box mean?
• Why do some items have a mark on the inside label?
• Do you accept returns?
• Where are you located?
• Are you shipping from USA?
• What is Route+ Package Protection?

Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

• MyCozyBoots may provide a free prepaid return label in case the incorrect/faulty product was delivered to the customer.

Warranty Returns

For any warranty-related returns please check the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy and return process directly on manufacturer website. MyCozyBoots is unable to accept any warranty-related returns or exchanges.
