EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS
- We have temporarily extended our returns policy. All order placed on www.mcozyboots.com between November 10, 2020 - December 25, 2020 will be eligible for a return through January 10, 2021 for an exchange or store credit only. Orders returned within the 14-days window will still be eligible for a refund back to the original payment methods.
Returns and Exchanges Eligibility
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and stickers intact.
- Please note, you can only use Returns Center if you placed an order on this website. If you checked out through our eBay store, Amazon store, Bonanza store or Google Express, you must initiate a return on the website where the order was completed.

Returns and Exchanges Process
- To return your product, open a return request in our Returns Center and follow the instructions provided.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure to upload return tracking number to your return request.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 3 business days of received return. The refund may take a few business days to further be processed by your bank.
For any warranty-related returns please check the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy and return process directly on manufacturer website. MyCozyBoots is unable to accept any warranty-related returns or exchanges.
