Returns and Exchanges Eligibility
- Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and stickers intact.
Returns and Exchanges Process
- To return your product, please email a prior notification at email@example.com.
You should mail your product to: 504 Merritt Ave Camarillo California US 93010.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless tracking information is provided.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
For any warranty-related returns please check the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy and return process directly on their website. MyCozyBoots is unable to accept any warranty-related returns or exchanges.
