Returns and Exchanges Eligibility
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and stickers intact.
- Please note, you can only use Returns Center if you placed an order on this website. If you checked out through our eBay store, Amazon store, or Bonanza store, you must initiate a return on the website where the order was completed.
Returns and Exchanges Process
- To return your product, open a return request in our Returns Center and follow the instructions provided.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure to upload return tracking number to your return request.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 3 business days of received return. The refund may take a few business days to further be processed by your bank.

How do I return?
