    Domestic shipping

    Items are shipped the next business day and usually take 4-5 business days to be delivered. 

    Please note delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays, especially during busy holiday season.

    If your package is late, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking number provided. We can step in and help if 15 days have gone by since the shipment date and the package has not arrived. 

    Please note all packages are shipped with $100 insurance. If you would like to insure the entire value of your order or add signature confirmation, please purchase ROUTE Package Insurance. Additional fees apply.

    International Shipping

    We offer several shipping options for international buyers: First-Class International Mail, International Priority MailPriority Mail Express, and UPS. All options include shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

    • If you choose shipping with First-Class International Mail, be advised that the parcel will be tracked on the territory of the United States only. Delivery time varies by destination.
    • If you prefer to track your parcel along its way, we recommend using International Priority Mail. Delivery in 6-10 business days for many major markets.
    • If you need your items to be delivered as quickly as possible, Priority Mail Express is your best choice. Delivery in 3-5 business days for many major markets.

    Please note that shipping time can be longer during the holiday season. Additional customs or import duty fees might apply. We strongly recommend you check your local import regulations prior to making an order. It is the responsibility of a customer to pay any local import/customs fees.

    Package Insurance

    MyCozyBoots is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

    *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

    Please note that Route+ insurance is added to your cart automatically. MyCozyBoots is not responsible for packages damaged by carriers, lost in transit or missing after delivery (marked as "Delivered" by the carrier) if you opted out of Route+ package insurance by removing it from your order.

    Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

    • We accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date of package delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and stickers intact.
    • Please note, you can only use Returns Center if you placed an order on this website.
    • In case of refused delivery by the customer or delivery failure due to incorrect address/information (customer's fault), the package will be returned to sender. A refund will be issued less a flat fee of $30 to cover additional expenses incurred by MyCozyBoots (such as carrier fines and return shipping fees) as a result of the customer's negligence / failure to follow the proper Returns process.

      Returns and Exchanges Process

      • To return your product, open a return request in our Returns Center  and follow the instructions provided within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
      • Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days, and return instructions will be emailed to you. You will have 5 business days from the approval date to mail the return back. Late returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note, original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Route package insurance cost is not refundable.

      • We understand that returns can be time-consuming and expensive. We offer our customers an option to purchase a prepaid return label, which can be easily printed at home and attached to the return for further pick up or drop off at USPS. You can purchase a prepaid return label at a flat fee of $20.

      • MyCozyBoots may provide a free prepaid return label in case the incorrect/faulty product was delivered to the customer. MyCozyBoots reserves the right to deduct prepaid shipping label cost + a flat processing fee of $20 from the refund should it determine, upon the receipt of a returned item, that it is not faulty and the return is due to customer remorse reason.
      • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure to upload return tracking number to your return request. We're not responsible for returns that cannot be tracked.
      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 10 business days of received return. The refund may take a few business days to further be processed by your bank.

      Warranty Returns

      For any warranty-related returns please check the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy and return process directly on manufacturer website. MyCozyBoots is unable to accept any warranty-related returns or exchanges.

      What does No Box mean?

      The No Box condition means that the original product box is not available, most often due to damage to the box. The product itself is brand new, undamaged and unworn.

      Why do some items have a mark on the inside label?

      All boots we are selling come from UGG outlet stores, which use red or black markings on inside labels to prevent returns to big box retail stores. The mark may slightly transfer to the fur around it.
