    Domestic shipping

    Items are shipped via FedEx Ground by default and usually take 4-5 business days to be delivered. 

    Please refer to FedEx Ground map to estimate shipping time to your destination from zip code 93004.

    An email with shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent once the item ships. You can track you package on FedEx website, mobile app or from Track Your Order page on our website. 

    Please note FedEx delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. FedEx may experience delays, especially during busy holiday season.

    If your package is late, please contact FedEx directly with the tracking number provided. We can step in and help if 15 days have gone by since the shipment date and the package has not arrived. 

    Please note all FedEx packages are shipped with $100 insurance. If you would like to insure the entire value of your order or add signature confirmation, please contact us. Additional fees may apply.

    We do offer expedited shipping options as well for an additional fee. You can select from USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) and UPS (2-day and overnight available).

    International Shipping

    We offer several shipping options for international buyers: First-Class International Mail, International Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. All options include shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

    • If you choose shipping with First-Class International Mail, be advised that the parcel will be tracked on the territory of the United States only. Delivery time varies by destination.
    • If you prefer to track your parcel along its way, we recommend using International Priority Mail. Delivery in 6-10 business days for many major markets.
    • If you need your items to be delivered as quickly as possible, Priority Mail Express is your best choice. Delivery in 3-5 business days for many major markets.

    Please note that shipping time can be longer during the holiday season. Additional customs or import duty fees might apply. We strongly recommend you check your local import regulations prior to making an order. 

    Package Insurance

    MyCozyBoots is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

    *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

    Please note that MyCozyBoots is not responsible for packages damaged by carriers or missing after delivery (marked as "Delivered" by the carrier) if you opted out of Route+ package insurance.


    • We have temporarily extended our returns policy. All order placed on between November 10, 2020 - December 25, 2020 will be eligible for a return through January 10, 2021 for an exchange or store credit only. Orders returned within the 14-days window will still be eligible for a refund back to the original payment methods.

    Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

    • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and stickers intact.
    • Please note, you can only use Returns Center if you placed an order on this website. If you checked out through our eBay store, Amazon store, Bonanza store or Google Express, you must initiate a return on the website where the order was completed. 
    • If you have any questions about orders placed on Google Express, please contact their customer support directly at (855) 869 - 4949. They also offer Live Chat and email support through Help Center.

      Returns and Exchanges Process

      • To return your product, open a return request in our Returns Center and follow the instructions provided.
      • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 
      • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure to upload return tracking number to your return request. 
      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 3 business days of received return. The refund may take a few business days to further be processed by your bank.

      Warranty Returns

      For any warranty-related returns please check the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy and return process directly on manufacturer website. MyCozyBoots is unable to accept any warranty-related returns or exchanges.
